Bohemia Prague Offices

Ever wondered where games from Bohemia Interactive are developed? Well, now you don’t have to because we’ll spend the next few blog posts introducing you to our various offices, where creativity, curiosity, and community come together and thrive.

First up is our River office, located in beautiful and historic Prague.

Prague is the capital of the Czech Republic with a population of approximately 1.3 million people. The city is known for its breathtaking array of architectural styles, which include Gothic, Baroque, Rococo and Renaissance. Prague is also home to first-class galleries, parks, museums and concert halls. The nightlife is legendary, the surroundings are intoxicating, and everything you’ll ever need is well within walking distance. Prague isn’t just a vibrant jewel of Europe, it’s also where our core development teams for DayZ, Enfusion, Ylands, and part of the Arma Reforger reside. Our centrally located River office, which is close to parks, businesses, and transport hub Andel, is also where our marketing, publishing, production, operations, IT management, QA and HR teams operate. Hundreds of Bohemians from all around the world work on games, take meetings in colorful office spaces based on those games, and power up with delicious meals in our various lunch zones. In other words, you’ll be working in an inspiring environment with tons of talented international people who are as passionate about games as you are.

While our River office is always buzzing with activity, it also offers a calm and cozy Relaxation Room where Bohemians can come and unwind for a bit. There’s foosball and an arcade machine, as well as a PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X. The Relaxation Room is also where we host fun events like game nights and country themed parties like French Night, Italian Night, and a whole lot more.

Other highlights of our River office include our Streaming Room (where most of our DayZ, Ylands, and Arma streams are filmed), as well as an impressive terrace on the building’s top floor which offers a majestic view of Prague.

However, River is not our only branch in Prague, we have a second branch called Pomník just minutes away. This branch is mainly home to our finance, another part of IT, and legal departments.
