DayZ
Streamer Exclusive Event
October kicked off with a bang by featuring an exclusive event for streamers to showcase DayZ Frostline. This promotional initiative was an experimental, consumer-friendly, and community-centered approach. Our goal was twofold: to highlight the product through a peer-to-peer method, and to support streamers within our core community by boosting their visibility and viewership. The event also provided us with valuable time to gather player data, monitor server stability, and more.
We’d like to extend a heartfelt shoutout to the community leaders and streamers who took the time to share DayZ Frostline. A big thank you as well to all our community members for their continued support. Here’s some interesting data we gathered from the event.
The Release of DayZ Frostline Teaser

We’re thrilled to announce that the release was a resounding success, hitting all-time-high concurrent player numbers across all platforms in the first week. See the 1st-week numbers above. If you enjoyed the teaser for DayZ Frostline, here’s a behind-the-scenes look at how it was filmed.
