Cologne, August 21, 2024 – Bohemia Interactive is thrilled to partner with Enjoy Studio via their Bohemia Incubator publishing label and unveil the development of their highly-anticipated project "SkyVerse". This innovative title offers a novel take on the RPG and sandbox survival genres. SkyVerse will offer players a first-person perspective, along with the opportunity to set out on an adventure unlike any other. The announcement was made today at Gamescom 2024, where the project is being showcased to the press and industry professionals.
SkyVerse is a voxel sandbox RPG with a first-person perspective and an open, auto-generated world. Players take on the role of an airship captain in single-player or multiplayer co-op modes and travel through a detailed world filled with floating islands that are open for exploration. The game combines elements of combat, crafting, and RPG character personalization, and offers a fully destructible environment that provides players with complete freedom to traverse, build, and survive.
The game will offer full support for cooperative and multiplayer modes, allowing players to explore the endless world together with friends.
