The banning system is administrated by Battleye, we have absolutely no involvement in the process of detecting cheats/hacks nor administrating any bans etc. We would suggest you to contact Battleye directly.
You are still able to play on non-battleye protected servers. In order to do that, please open your in-game server browser, click on the filters and switch "Battleye required" from "Default" to "No".
For greater protection from cheaters, consider finding servers that use the integrated BattlEye anti-cheat engine. Server administrators have control over various anti-cheat measures. Use the server browser filter to find these servers.
